nearly no grit comes out OR the grit flow isn't smooth, and sometimes stops

Here is a temporary test solution :

we found out that the BLSTRsander can have a teething problem with the sleeve that regulates the grit. It is a completely new tool, so please forgive us

HOW:

1) Take out the 3 screws at the top, and remove the plastic cover AND the metal cover TOGETHER so that the tube stays well in place.

2) Check if the tube is correctly attached and goes through the 2 covers. Can you see through it?  (No? send us an email please)

3) Now carefully remove the metal slider by pulling it back.

4) Put the whole machine back together but this time without the slider.

Does the BLSTRsander work now?

Great. That was the tooth!
